    I would love WF to upgrade to IPB4. But like mentioned above, you really should have a theme ready for the upgrade, it's a plus on the side. Also take in mind that IPS "final" version of IPB4 is for me still in beta. As they have loads of bugs and each release still comes with tons and tons of bugs, that really has messed up some high traffic sites but on the other site there are sites that has done the upgrade and work if not even better than before! So for me it's a Yes do the upgrade. I've been studying and exploring IPB4 since pre-beta and I will be here to help out if you ever need anything. A side note: Upgrading to IPB4 will bring new visitors as always, new things attracts new people.

    Thanks for the reply. .PNG should work fine unless you might want to make it .GIF then it's fine too. The colors I look for is kinda like the image I posted above. Here is the skin and colors I will be using: http://ethergaming.net/forum/ (this is my friends website that he uses for a Fiesta Online private server, my forum will be used for a Runescape community site).
