  8. I don't think so. Let's say you are using IPS for its forum application. A standard license is $200. With hosting and a domain, it totals to around $225-$240 depending on what server you're using. Every 6 months, there is a $25 renewal fee. So, within a year, you'll be spending around $250-$265 for an unlimited amount of users. Now, let's say you're going to use their cloud service. If you have 65 visitors (lowest package) active at one time, you'd have to pay $45 monthly. For a year, you'll be spending $540 (45 x 12).
