There was most likely a problem during the install. Try upgrading and see if that fixes your problem.

You can either edit the permissions via their profile admin cp: or they can enable it in their account settings:

I've looked into the "admin/sources/base/ipsController.php" file on line 306 and the software is trying to execute and read your class permissions. I assume this is to read and validate your permissions as an admin when logging into the admin control panel. Try to upgrade your files from the existing forum software using this download: Go into your host's phpmyadmin, go into the admin_core table, and look for an issue related to your permissions. If you still have access to the admin control panel and allowed to access the membergroups section, try to make a new admin group, set all the permissions your admin account has, and set your account to this new membergroup. If you already have other admin member groups on your forum already and can't access the admin control panel, you can change your membergroup via the core_members table. Edit the existing tables for your account and change the member_group_id to the same id as another admin membergroup.

Question: Where did you download the nulled software from? Was it WebFlake? The reason I'm asking is because I'd like to see if I can replicate this on my end, and see if it's the software.

If you are using the Google Chrome browser, you can check the console by hitting the F12 key. It might able to give you an error. If not, try going into your host and looking through the error log. Also, I have moved your topic to the correct forum.

@Xw3R You could have just change the width and height of all avatars using css. .ipsUserPhoto_large img, img.ipsUserPhoto_large, .ipsUserPhoto_large:after { width: 90px; /* change width to your liking */ height: 90px; /* change height to your liking */ } Personally, I don't see why you'd like to change the avatars to something like 150x250 or 150x300. If your avatars are this big, you will later have to change the size of the author info pane. This just looks silly and distorts your avatars:

Try using this chatbox: Version 1.3.4 works on IPS 4.2 and has a lot more permissions to choose from.

Did you edit all the permissions? Who can view Who can chat

Use the support tool. System -> Support _-> Something isn't working correctly

Profile -> Edit Profile -> Enable Status Updates You have to do this per member.

I believe there is a setting you can enable in your ACP. I don't remember the exact location, however search "Reactions" in your ACP's search bar.

You can add a moderator to each forum by editing each forum individually. The plugin you tried to upload to your forum was made for IPB 3.4. I have uploaded the plugin you need:
