Heya, SpaceBass. Yay, a fellow gamer! I dabble with web/game servers, and quite often end up tinkering with things I inevitably end up breaking. What kind of games do you like playing, and what kind of game servers do you tend to host? I'm mostly a PC gamer but I do piss around on my PS4 sometimes. Can't beat the deals you get on Steam, though. Anyway, to echo Phun's sentiments, welcome.

It seems pretty pointless to me, but then again I've never gotten into the whole BitCoin thing. It makes as much sense to me as making a social network based around QR Codes.

Here's a few doodles and cartoons I've done over the years. There's really not much here, as I rarely upload what I draw (mostly because I have nobody to show them to ) but what few I have uploaded, I'll post here. There's no particular order to them, some are quite old, others are much more recent, a few are unfinished and most of them were done out of boredom. I use a few aliases online, namely NordicNode, Mikey and Blankie, so ignore the different sign-off's on the pictures. Ahh, fairy nuff. That side of things is where I tend to adopt the 'Poke & Hope' technique. I try not to go beyond the basics, mostly because I don't want to go to the effort of un-fudging my mess.

Oh I know that story all too well. I had the exact same problem. I've just decided to half-ass it with their Flexible SSL, which somewhat works. I'd rather have full SSL, but eh, I'd rather have a website that's reachable.

Ooo, now MyBB is one I'm yet to test the performance of. I've just been going through various forum software (IPB, Phorum, phpBB3, vB) to see which would perform best under the same environment with a default installation of each. Phorum pissed through the test, it's just a shame it's so fugly.

That's the one. You can simply go to the 'Encode' tab and write your HTML then encode it and replace the code I highlighted in my previous post with the one you generate. If you'd like, you can create a temporary Administrator account so I can add the code for you, then you can just delete the account straight afterwards. If not, just do the following: Write up your HTML, for example: <p><strong>Copyright MySite.com</strong> - Call of Duty kings or some cool-sounding tagline.</p> Encode it using the website you found, then replace the code highlighted in red in my previous post with the one generated on the website.

To quote Google: "Base64 is a group of similar binary-to-text encoding schemes that represent binary data in an ASCII string format by translating it into a radix-64 representation. The term Base64 originates from a specific MIME content transfer encoding." Long and short: Encoded text/code/whatnot. In this case, it's purely there to make the copyright harder to find/remove. In your case, you could simply use a Base64 encoder and replace the code highlighted in red with your own.

It is in globalTemplate, but they've base64 encoded it.
