  1. macrumors.com is your biggest similar site, there are others but Macrumors is a widely used site for all things Mac. It will be very hard to get a pinch into this area because you need to build up your credibility with; site information; blog posts and such.
  2. You miss understood, I was using brownie points to basically say your current design wont get any brand recognition because of the First typography. But like I said before going after the same minimalist style which iOS features in all its design, will provide a much easier and recognisable brand
  3. I'm guessing that its a iOS blog? - If so, no reason to have a handwritten font to be used, it wont get you any brownie points on a brand, especially where it is unreadable. You would be must better going with a San Serif font all round, especially since you are mentioning iOS, Minimalism all round for a brand which is minimalist.
  4. I can barely read the second word, as for the iOS, try looking at the iOS design style itself. Use of the same colour schemes which are relevant to iOS will make it perk up as well.
  5. Personally for me it looks like a D, I can't really see an F or an A in it.
  6. Site is looking good, only seen a few bugs - good upgrade and great staff working through the upgrade
  7. look at all those ignored messages.
  8. Sorry, I didn't mean to keep my post so short. Got distracted. Right now, Webflake functions properly with no security threats (apart from the childish acts of DDoSes), and with Invision Power Board 4 only just being released there is probably some security risks within there. Hence why I would wait a maximum of a few months. If everything was tickety boo within the next month then I say go ahead, however I would prefer both @Davlin and @Phun to take as much time as required to make sure that the experience we currently have in place within Webflake is consistent. I fully support any decision that is upcoming from Phun and Davlin, they know how to run Webflake and what they want! If everything is transferable, applications etc, then lets go ahead! As I said my biggest concern is security and with IPB4 being new, its going to have it vulnerabilities.
  9. Personally I would wait until IPB4 is a few months old, Webflake currently works great. It's just a matter of staying up to date. See my next post below.
  10. Disqus works extremely well.
  11. Congratulations, welcome aboard the VIP Flake train!
  12. Congratulations, welcome aboard the Flake train!
  13. Congratulations and welcome aboard the Flake train!
  14. Please no. There is a hell of a theory to go behind Logo's. People who believe what you said are whats wrong with this world.
  15. @c0w Apocalypse or Apocalypze?
  16. Why Support Webflake? A Safe and professional (with friendly people) to explore online 'management', forums, and general web stuff! - Donate to help keep the community alive. That's all that needs to be said. The actual benefits of donating to anywhere shouldn't be a reason to action. You wouldn't expect anything from a charity, just to know you are helping people should be enough. If Webflake was offering a 'donator' system which gave guarantee's of benefits it wouldn't be donations, it would be payment for services. That is really all that needs to be said; lets face it there are people in this world which don't understand morality, or anything about donations. Webflake is a gift, treasure it. Who knows if Webflake wasn't here your site could be plastered in crappy SQL Injectable content or you could even be spreading the internet with viruses. Who knows...
  17. Most likely the programs are scams, you would be better selling your soul for views. Youtube verification of views have changed alot, if you have 1 sub and then get a million views in a day, they will look into it so hard.
  18. Go to your skin editor. Find: board_stats in one of the index templates (boardindextemplate[?]) Find: board_index then go to the bottom of the <div id="categories" class="ipsLayout_content clearfix"> <!-- CATS AND FORUMS --> and paste in the board_stats HTML
  19. Thank You for your extremely valuable contribution.
  20. Choice of font sizes would have to be considered, a lot of it is very large and takes up too much space. Also take into consideration your theme, the font choice in regards to as it stands right now doesn't suit the League of Legends scene. Maybe look at a less 'curved' font.
  21. Just to add to the GoDaddy 'sitatuion' - I'm using them since 2013, ish, and they have been astounding. They helped me with pretty much all my questions and they offered me a special discount upon my service starts. I have never experienced any downtime which was caused by themselves (i.e. non-scheduled downtimes. hacks or such.) My site loads fairly quickly. Thing to note here about 'hacks' or hacked websites, you are in control of your sites security, it is up to yourself to make the site secure, their servers are secure - if you have an exploit open in one of your sites; you are responsible not them. I've discussed future possibilities with expansion with GoDaddy, and they talked to me seriously and advised me not to buy their top tier just yet. I actually don't see where people have bad experiences with such a lovely company, friendly and they know their stuff. Just remember if you get angry/dicky with them they will not help you, they are people to!
  22. Can you provide a link to your site please? - Will then provide you with the code which needs to be adjusted via the AdminCP > Modify Skin > CSS
