if we talk a real e-commerce solution you can forgot IPS ... the commerce application is just a bonus in the cms but is far away to have all option need for a ggod commerce solution and after that after that depends on your abilities and your needs but overall the 3 best solution are : woo commerce : bad for multilanguage solution magento : bad for people who don't know coding and plugin are expensive prestashop : plugin are expensive And for beginner with no skills in coding the best solution is prestashop who are free with a template who use elementor (50 dollars) with this you have a real ecommerce and elementor send you the same facility like wordpress for create your page -
ips don't need robotos.txt, he use meta balise for this so if you would make some change look the parameter of the meta balise exemple : <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow" /> for a board who need to be no scrawl by bot

the directory path is not correct never your address stop by datastore is impossible the folder is : uploads so try to replace in the address "datastore" by "uploads"
