Personally I wouldn't risk it as you have put in a lot of money. One thing you could do is ask for donations on your forum. Or set aside a certain amount of money to purchase said expensive add-one. But like I said I would not risk losing the license over one application.

Most likely not.. There is a chance but it is very slim.

Try this.. System Settings - "Members" tab - User Profiles - Allow users to use Gravatars ..... select "no"

System Settings > System > Security and Privacy - Check the box for "Force guests to log in before allowing access to the community" Then I've changed the default user group in conf_global.php (this is not needed but I wanted to change it) Then I set the group permissions for my new default user group to have guest permissions.
