    Hi there, That will be because all your files will be in a i2.wp.com directory. The way to remove it would be moving all your files outside that folder, then deleting the folder, but then you would have to edit some settings for nothing to break. The problem could also be down to Gravatar being enabled. Try disabling that and see if you still get the error. Thanks.

    No you can use the shoutbox but you need to disable the hook: soundboxGlobalPlayer to not get the error. Try disabling that hook and see if you still get the error. If you don't get the error then you will have to pick if you want to use the SoundBox Player or the shoutbox as they cannot both be enabled.

    Just to add onto what Verified said above, you don't have to uninstall it, disabling the hook should be fine.

    Well on that page that i posted above says "Meta Description" So i would of thought entering something in that box would resolve the error...

    Welcome to WebFlake. If you need anything be sure to give me a PM. We have a reputation on here, probably very similar to vBulletin so be sure to +1 any post you like. Also, when creating a support topic, if your topic gets answered then there is a "Mark post as answered" button which will close the topic from further replied which will then come to a moderators attention to move to the answered topic section.     System -> System Settings -> CPU Saving & Optimization > Cut off for active user display in minutes I have mine set to 60 minutes. - As of the shoutbox: Other Apps > IP.Board Shoutbox > Settings > Ajax Refresh > Inactivity Cutoff I have mine set to 30 minutes. Thanks, Kingy

    That will be because you don't have any other user groups to add. Also, you may find the following hook useful if you would like to rearrange the user groups on the list and even hide certain usergroups too. Thanks, Kingy

    Is this issue the same in the default IP.Board skin as this could be to do with the skin you're using. Possibly could be the wrong version. Thanks.

    Hi there, What you could do is setup a usergroup which can bypass post moderation. So when you manually promote the user, they will no longer need to have their post modified. To do this go to: ACP > Members > Member Groups > Manage Member Groups > Uploader Group > Forums Tab > Scroll down to Avoidance heading > "Can avoid moderation?" Ensure that the option is set to "Yes" Hope that helps, Thanks, Kingy

    Your best bet would be dragging the files above (a fresh board) into the FTP which should fix your problem of a missing file, if there is a missing file. Remember not to overwrite any of your folders. Alternatively, you could just reinstall a fresh board which should clear any problems you have, but that would also consist of losing all your progression on your website, unless it is a fresh board already which wouldn't make any difference.     You can stop moderators from using the delete feature though, so my theory was stop moderators from deleting content, which would then force the users to either use the 'Hide' button, or the Multimoderation button, which ofcourse would be called something different.

    Instead, you could disable the delete button from being used by your staff, which will then force them to use the "Archive" button. You can setup a multi-moderation command which will then lock the topic, and move it to your specified section, which will be the archive section. Obviously you can call the button whatever you want, and call the forum whatever you want, for example, i have my section called "The Graveyard" which all deleted posts will be moved to.     System Settings > Settings > System > General Configuration > Community Name > Change that to your website name.

    I have had a look around the internet to see if i can gather any information, and this webflake user seemed to of had the same problem as you. But his got fixed the way i suggested above?
