    MyBB I think is better, is free and ok. Wemesterlc, what more features has IPB ?! IPB is not free, much pugins must be payed, not so easy to install like MyBB plugins. And the default theme is more than okey ! Is a normal forum, is not needed a very complicated themes and look.

    From where you can`t download ? From internet ? Or from here ? Try to clear all cache infos from browser, change the IP also when you have dynamic IP, this for internet downloading, for downloading from here, you must talk with an admin or do same, clear all browser data from settings - privacy, change IP, login again. Or you can make another user for test only ! Not to use it day after day.

    I use BitDefender Internet Securty and all is ok, I have 2 years licence, but it slows a little the computer when it starts.

    MyBB I think is better, you must not have coding skills for pugins install, is free, has all functions, private messaging, nice pugins, all what a forum needs. I installed it and I am very satisfied. Why I must take a payed platform ? No sense I think.

    I preffer mercedes, is a very nice car and confortable, is expensive but..better like sport cars, also for me.
