I had a similar issue with Nginx when trying to get HTTP Authorization headers to work. Nginx uses directives not htaccess however. You might try using this: https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/forum/threads/ipb-htaccess-furls-and-litespeed-cache.5430/ Litespeed has relatively good support also, assuming you're using their paid webserver, but the free one is relatively similar. You can try using the suggestion in that thread I mentioned or open a ticket there with them. Someone here who is better with htaccess and rewrite rules may have a better answer for you than me - but I've found that having some support goes a long way for these things. Maybe consider paying for plesk. The support's next to none and for $10/m you'll get lots of it when you have issues like this that are more related to the configuration of your webserver/stack than related to IPB itself.

So it's likely some other issue not related to your plugins or themes. Have you tried using the "Something's not working right" option in the AdminCP? Try this next. If that doesn't work, you'll likely need someone with more experience to help you. You could try importing your website on your local PC and see if it's working there with VertrigoServ or XAMPP to see if it's an issue related to the webserver itself (maybe some php functions are disabled or not working properly, etc.).

So this means its an IPB issue, not a theme issue. Start by disabling applications and plugins, as these are the likely culprits. I'd disable all and verify the function works, then slowly enable one at a time, refresh the page and see if the function is still working. Once you enable a plugin or application and the PM's, etc., start messing up, you've found the culprit. Please let me know if this helps

The current version still has some errors and I hope the latest will fix it for example on the current version if you use custom forum (background image on the forum categories) it is not working, it only display it on 1 or 2 forums this is really weird xD Thanks man!

Hello, I am having issues with the Category Tabs Plugin and the Vulpes Gaming Theme. As you can see in the screenshot, it is only displaying the name "All". The tabs are working. On default theme it is displaying the category names. Any suggestions? Regards

I apologize, you can download the theme and edit XML then reupload it as a newer copy. However this didn't fix the issue for me. What did work was: 1) In the admincp, go to the theme menu, select edit html/css next to the theme 2) In the search field search for "theme by" 3) In the results in the navigation menu, select footer, and to the right you'll see the "Theme by" in the code. Either remove it or replace it.

Thanks for the response. But where is the XML saved to? I don't want to overwrite the existing XML because I've already made modifications which would be overwritten.

You want to setup so using same username? You need to research the Oauth service for this. If Teamspeak supports, than should be no issue

Hallo friends, I'm looking for a php developer. We need some additions to our IPB. Basically, our website will allow users to apply to become a member of developer usergroup. Once in this usergroup, we want to give developers option to add their bitcoin wallet address to their profile. Then, these users will create plugins for our Windows application software. After they have submitted to our development team and received approval, the option for website users to purchase will be added to the store. The actual delivery of said software ist handled by our backend software - so nothing to be done here. Once a website user purchases, our software will see this change through webhooks and deliver the software to the user as they are logged into software with IPB account. But we want to be able to set this developer as owner for the support related to this item in store, as well as for payment. Currently IPB allows us to set development team/group, but we want to give this to individual users who make releases so they can manage their own support for their software on the IPB store. With regard to the store, we need an existing bitcoin / crypto script modified to work with our website. We do not charge our developers % for sale in our market, but we need to be able to also use this payment-gateway for usergroup subscriptions for our end-user software. So it will also need to allow us to integrate our wallet also. Finally, we want a nice control panel for the developer to see who purchased their store items, the amount of crypto paid, the time purchased, any review the user left, total sales for the day/week/month/lifetime for this software as well as for all market sales. Also, we need admin panel which allows us this same granular control but ability to see all sales as well and ability to export to CSV if possible. Use bitninja.io and kernelkare if you have your own server. bitninja also has WAF to use with webserver for increased security. Maybe also, consider using docker if you use several web apps. Can increase security through containerizing.
