PREFIX NOT WORKING? 3.1.9 on my 4.2.6 version

Tried that and it made things even worse now whole ediyting box and template just vanished lol https://preview.ibb.co/h6MQkR/ATOPIC.png funny thing is it was working when I first installed it but I changed my domain from .tk to .me and it stoped working but Tags work still just prefix the thing that I actually need to work is not working. -
HI guys Im having issue making prefix work I have made prefix and I only want prefix to work on my forums its all activated group settings are all correct and forum settins also all correct whenb I go to make a post where prefix shouldbe showing up its just not there. I tried it on 3 other templates and all the same just not showing up any ideas why is it not working please? here is screen shot link to image https://preview.ibb.co/dPDczm/1PRE.png Thanks

How is this ? This one I made first as your website was not loaded fully and it was dark colours lol when I finished and looked at your site it was blue so I had to make another version above.
