You've already saved on IPB. Please DO spend some money on webhosting. Free webhosting is usually onshore, has adverts and restricts PHP functions that IPS Community Suite uses. My personal advice to you: Purchase paid hosting :). If you can't afford it and just want to mess around with IPB then install it localhost with wampServer or xampp.1 point
