  1. What exactly do u mean ? the same thing i was saying, the php.ini is a file found on the server, usually the host doesnt give access to the main php.ini file hence why i told u to contact ur host, but if its a dedicated server i think u can create ur own php.ini in the folder and it should override the main php.ini file settings (tho im unsure about it ur host will know if u can create a php.ini in the folder and the settings from it will override the main one), tho i still suggest u talk to ur host before u do anything, they will tell u where to find the main php.ini file on ur dedicated server so u can edit the values of those two things i highlighted earlier upload_max_filesize and post_max_size once u set those two u should get the amount u specified 16mb

  3. // The php.ini settings upload_max_filesize and post_max_size // take precedence over the following max_file_size setting:might have to speak with your host to change the the upload_max_filesize and post_max_size values in php.ini

  4. Howdy WebFlakians! From this day forth, you will also be able to utilize the following services for access to your WebFlake account: This adds to our already existing login methods, Google and Twitter and brings the total to four. We think that currently this will be plenty. Facebook will not be supported. If you don't have your account linked yet, click your name at the top > "Account Settings" and enable them from there. Happy browsing! -WebFlake Team
