First go into your ACP Now go to Look & Feel > Manage Skin Sets & Templates > Your skin you want to add this to > Dropdown arrow > Manage Templates & CSS Scroll down to skin_shoutbox ajax_jscmd & add I noticed an error of some during the installing process of 4.0.8.1 without upgrading but I can't confirm if this is actually an issue with the nulling version, or just another bug from IPB. - I was able to upgrade from 4.0.7 to 4.0.8.1 without issues though. Will have to test out a few clean installs on different servers.

​Go into "Manage Resources" the headerbar should be in there, edit it and delete the current image and upload a new one (1920x200) keep the same name for it and it should be fine.

​Add this to custom.css: #ipsLayout_header header { padding: XXpx 0; } Change the XXpx to whatever you want. Default is 20px so anything higher than that will change it.
