    u need that ^ and for the special bbcode popup ACP > Look & Feel > Manage Skin Sets & Templates > {current skin} ipb_ckeditor.css however u will need to do inspect element on the page see which code is being used from the css and edit it accordingly, suggest using google chrome and changing the values after u do inspect element too see what is affecting the bbcode popup
