  1. Hey WebFlake members The sole purpose of this topic is to help "new" website owners with tips. #1. Don't use someone else's skin (only if you really need to) - The reasoning for saying that is because when new members come to you're website they don't want the same old skin that see on every other site. #2. Don't leech / spam other forums - I mean by that is most website owners who are new (no offence) but they are more commonly to go onto a website like "TTG" & spam the hell out of it linking back to their site. That's a HUGE way to make members not want to come to you're website. Go on sites like "WebFlake" , goto the Website showcase section & show-off you're site their. Don't steep low & spam #3. Be creative - Most people now adays are into the whole "Gaming Website's// Modding Websites" . Its ok to make a website like that, but as i stated before, most of these bigger sites that have the same meaning to your's have the same forums, threads , etc. #4. Buying a domain // Finding a good name - When you make a website you SHOULD have a domain . From my own experience i do understand that thinking of a good name is really hard . **I've spent weeks , lol** But when you do think of a name don't do something kinda the same as TheTechGame but just doing like TheTechGamerz. It's a big turnoff for you're site when new members see you're copying another sites name. Ill add more stuff soon, just thought these are the (4) things you really need to know for starting!

  2. it sucks people still use it on here cause even with it off i dont hardly see any ads, so its not like you guys are running around with money over flowing from your pockets. i hjave probably used more content then you guys have made with the ads so i have no problem with it. i plan on donating in the future as well.
