on the left hand side of the forum you created in admincp you should see some dots on the far left or right, click and drag that above the rest of the other forums. that will then place that forum you created above the rest.

cPanel has to most fastest backup tool. a few click and you have your backup on your root folder.

As everyone else, I also hope it will be released in 2014. But personally I think it will be released in 2015, due to bugs number as Courage already said. We will see what Invision Power Board will do.
