  3. Another note here, you may find what you are looking for in our marketplace! Many users have setup hosting services that allow the use of nulled IPB. You might even find a discount code or a free month of hosting so you can 'Try before you buy!'

  4. Piece of advice: do your research, and be wary. A lot of offshore hosting is mostly resale hosts, meaning.. they're not financially secure without customers and typically offer no service or backup guarantees. If you spend cheap, expect cheap. It's entirely possible to host within the United States and not be outed. You simply need to be careful and select a quality host that doesn't scan your content on a persistent basis.

  6. Yes, there will be no legal problems for using nulled software. You can always use offshore hosting.

  7. Go to admin -> skin_cp -> cp_skin_global.php and find: and replace it with this: Save and go to admin -> applications -> core -> extensions -> dashboardNotifications.php and find: and replace with this: Save and you're done. In general, this works for 3.2.x, 3.3.x and 3.4.x.
