  1. Hi there, To add some new smileys to your forum you need to do the following. There is multiple ways to add more smileys into your forum. ======================================== 1. In your FTP go to: /public/style_emoticons/default And upload all your new smileys into that folder. Then go to the ACP and navigate to: Look and feel > Post Content > Emoticon Management > Click the folder "Default" And then you will see all unassigned emoticons like the image below. You then need to assign them a name and click the green '+' ======================================== 2. Download a emoticon XML file from WebFlake and upload it by going to: Look and feel > Post Content > Emoticon Management > Import / Export And you should be brought to a page like below: ======================================== 3. Go to: Look and feel > Post Content > Emoticon Management You will then be taken to the page like below: You will then need to navigate to a page like below and upload the emoticons 4 at a time. ======================================== I hope this has helped, Thanks, Kingy The question(s) in this support topic have been answered and the owner has been able to solve the problem.   3. Go into your browser's settings and clear your Cache AND all Cookies related to webflake. So as you're using Google Chrome do the following: - Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar. - Select Tools. - Select Clear browsing data. - In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. - Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything. - Then fill the information in like below: Thanks, Kingy
