In the last week or so we've had several changes to our Staff team. As part of our new community outreach policy, I felt it necessary to update you all. I've had the pleasure of working closely with STAR on a number of design projects, and truly believe he will be a wonderful addition to our team. There are dozens of you who have been provided with free design work and I'm sure you'll all agree that his work is outstanding. Welcome Back, Purple! Purple has managed to find some time in her schedule to rejoin the team, and we're all thrilled to have a familiar face back in the fold. Departures Evarni and Chris have both decided to depart from the team for personal reasons. Please respect the privacy of each of these former Staff members and refrain from posting speculations and/or "where did they go" threads. First make sure it is the correct version of the hook for your version of IPB forum. Hey guys Had issues before but lets see what the new webflake is like

When posting a member introduction, you should be trying to make a good first impression. Imagine that you're introducing yourself to an attractive person you might want to date, or a potential employer you might be trying to impress. We have some really well-thought introductions here. But we also have introductions that are nothing more than spam. The same can be said about the replies to the introductions. Your introductions can be brief, but they should actually say something about you. Responses made toward others should be unique and personable (in other words, don't copy/paste replies). When we (the WebFlake staff) review your introductions and replies, we get a pretty good idea whether you're here to be a part of this community - or if you're just here to make 3 posts so you can leech. We don't want leechers . . .
