Since it is only a warning you could add //Report runtime errors error_reporting(E_ERROR | E_PARSE); before this line foreach ( $toMemberData as $row ) If you want to see what may be causing it, add echo "<br><pre>";var_dump($toMemberData);die("here's your memberata"); in front of that line instead and run it once then remove that line and post the results here.
