You may not like what I have to say, but I am going to say it anyway . . . . again. Asking random people for forum ideas is not only a recipe for failure, it is an excellent indication that you shouldn't be building a forum in the first place. Let me explain. When you build a forum, it is very important that its topic is something that you are passionate and knowledgeable about. It is also important that the topic will hold your interest over a long period of time. There is a simple reason for this . . . when a forum opens, you will be its first and only member. That being said, it is 100% up to you to start placing content on your forum. It is hard work opening a new forum. It takes dedication and patience to add lots of new content to a new forum on a daily basis. So choosing a forum topic is critical to the success of your forum. Even with a good topic that you're passionate about, building a good forum is tough to do. Asking random people what kind of forum you should make . . it makes building a successful forum nearly impossible.
