Oh, sorry about that, not to good at the history of Webflake.

WebFlake is hardly a "newly made" website. Even though this site opened in February, it had a strong community already established from our old website. When WebFlake opened, we had hundreds of members and hundreds of posts in the first few hours.

Replying to a topic that's been dead for well over a month is 'fail'. Just saying.

As far as benefits or SEO I don't think it really matters, if that's what you're asking. However, most of the time I see a .me I assume it's just a gimmicky site so I tend not to take a .me as seriously (and I assume others might share this belief). There's also a percentage of people that see a .me and think it might be foreign. That aside, I guess it makes sense to have a .me as a portfolio or resume site or something about you, but for a message board or community there's a bit of a disconnect.
