please chmod the entire cometchat folder just right click on the folder in your FTP and set permissions to 777 because having a look at the error you can't see the cometchat folder, basically the error says public_html/forums//application but its meant to say public_html/forums/cometchat/application

He's referring to the Animate skin (although, ironically, the header is animated). Are you looking to remove the image, the animation, or both? You could simply look for it in ipb_styles and replace it with a URL to an image of your choosing.

What skin are you using? And can you provide screenshots on what you mean by animated banner skin?

Sorry for the delayed response. For something as simple as coloring the name:ACP > Tools & Settings > User Agent Management > Manage User Agent GroupsFor this example, I'll use Google. So simply select the edit button for Google from the listing, and in the User Agent Name field, use standard HTML formatting, such as: <span style='color:#8DB600'>Google</span> Which will display Google in a light-green hue in the Users Online listing. Save, rinse and repeat on any other SE you wish to format. Hopefully this is something you were looking for!
