From 4.0 version, Topic Thumbnail was ported to an application to fix file storage problems. Do this steps if you upgrade it from the older versions:

1. Go to ACP > Applications > click Install button > browse to the tthumb.tar file to install it.
2. Go to ACP > Customization > Topic Thumbnail > Settings.
3. Go to ACP > Plugins to uninstall the Topic Thumbnail plugin.
