About This File

This plugin will change the "UPPERCASE TOPIC TITLE" to "Lowercase topic title": it will transform all uppercase letters into lowercase letters and will capitalize the first letter of the topic title.

Settings:

Type of topic title: first letter uppercase or first letter of each word uppercase

Reserved word: Those words will remain in UPPERCASE

Note: This fixed the plugin works with Russian localization  and with the English version of localization,  as the foundation plugin Stop Shouting in Topic Titles 1.0.2 does not work with Russian letters.

Плагин позволит запретить пользователям создавать темы заглавными буквами. Данный fixed плагин работает как с русской локализацией, так и с англ. версией локализации, так как основа плагина Stop Shouting in Topic Titles 1.0.2 не работала с русскими буквами.

Настройки:

• Выбор использования первая заглавная буква или каждое слово с заглавной
• Добавление слов исключение, слово которое будет из заглавных букв.
