Looks good... but still some of the stuff is still in Russian and not all in English. The part where it counts the Posts / Topics.

Theme is good and I haven't find any Russian language as mentioned by @Ach404. But this looks like a modification of the default theme, though it's good. But, @Kensei, my friend, can you please tell me where is this 'MENU MANAGER' ?! I could not find it. :(

Update: I was wrong. Really, there are too many Russian language. The tool tips are all in Russian. I will request @Kensei to look in and tell us how to change those in English language.
