Just got done with a TeamViewer session with Reptiles. The error was found to be that he was dragging and dropping straight from the rar to the FTP client rather than extracting the files and then uploading.

Hello Reptiles,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Nexus application. Have you uploaded the files using Binary or ASCII? I've noticed this to be a common issue with this application.

The Nexus files are encoded, which means they have to be uploaded in Binary. This is a change you will have to make in your FTP client. Most have an option for ASCII filenames, remove PHP from the list so that they will be uploaded in Binary.
