Der_Angler 0
Hi, what I would find good if it here also a live Support would give. He must not be 24/7. 1

Verified 57
WebFlake support is all volunteer, no one gets paid. I agree with you so this shouldn't be a "required" duty of a member of staff. However, if the administration team think this is a good idea I'm willing to give this a go and be the operator. The only down side of this would be that it may take some activity away from the forums, so this could be used for special groups like subscribers/donators. Also, only for basic questions. Debug 41
This will not happen for a multitude of reasons, and one of them being that users have been just fine with creating threads and waiting for (almost immediate) replied that more times than not help them with their issues. There's also the issue with the staff to user ratio, too many users will want live support, and the staff, although great, won't be able to help everybody at once. That would also decrease activity on the forums to the point where we won't even need them anymore. If you want quick help, open a thread, even PM a member willing to help you (like me!). I love your idea, though.

Debug 41
Not going to happen. For obvious reasons i might add. Yeah, it's sadly not going to happen. It would drag all attention away from the forums. Closed.
