0 s4m Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 its safer and better to backup directly from phpmyadmin, if your having trouble connecting to phpmyadmin or cpanel you should contact your host support.. Also remember after you export your db to new ipboard, you might have to edit .htaccess so you can re-access acp there is a site i use called KxS that generates your encrypted htaccess password, then you just place it in .htaccess and your good to login to acp..
