Carbon blue skin wont show dafult member avatar

Hi Im using the skin carbon blue, on ipb 3.4.5 and its a compatible skin, but for some reason the default member avatar wont show, at the moment its just a box with missing image avatar, which looks ugly.. I tried changing the dafault_large.png, like I saw in one of the answered questions, but that didnt help.. I then noticed that the default skin permissions were 755 for directories and 0644 for files and images, and the blue carbon skin was all 0777 so I tried changing permissions to the same as default skin but that didnt work either.. 

 

anyone know how to fix it so I can have my default avatar will show..

ACP > Top Right Search Bar > Type Gravatar

 

and disable it!
