Do you mean, they should add a piece of information on files clarifying if the file is originally paid for or free?

That's exactly what he means, He want's them to add a custom field for every download, so it will tell you whether the skin is paid for or was ripped. So Free/Paid Skins, hooks and such.

Well, the reality is, we've always asked users to add a prefix for rips, or to use file tags as well. Whether we force users to complete a field or not won't change whether the information provided is accurate. I'm not saying I don't approve of the idea, but with thousands of downloads already submitted, it's a little too late to adjust that.
