Board Problem

Hi all,

 

on my board i have the problem when i for example write a private message , adding new transactions to subscription manager , adding new vip member to the vip members app & more it load realy long like 3-4 minutes.

 

Somebody ever had this problem or know how to fix it ?

You have to check the scheduler tasks and make sure they are enabled and the task is unlocked. Turn on the task log and see what it shows.

 

If you are on a shared host you can not examine the mysql logs to see if these are slow query problems. But you can re upload your IPB forum files to make sure nothing has changed. You can also cahnge minify js/css to no and see if that helps.

Slow load times are typically a result of either high server load or a crap host. High server loads are typically caused by having too much junk installed, but in reality, a good host wouldn't lag with dozens of apps/hooks installed.

 

Tip: you can check your current server load in the ACP index.

another problem is that subscriptions & vip member dont expire

I reinstalled the board now everything is working
