Guest Jerison Posted June 6, 2013 Share Posted June 6, 2013 I recently downloaded this skin and started using it.. but I noticed on every topic (even the ones that aren't locked) it still shows this message above it. 0 Administrator Tony Posted June 7, 2013 Administrator Share Posted June 7, 2013 It's either the skin or forum version. I've experienced this with both IPB 3.4.2, and skins designed for that version.
