Problems creating a new application for IP Board

Hi all, I'm following this guide to create a simple application: a blank html page in which I could add everything.
I'm blocked now, I don't know what to do at the point "Utilizing Skin Templates and Language Files".

I don't know in which folder to add helloworld_public_lang.php.

Could someone help me?

upload/create the language file in cache/lang_cache/1/

Do I have to use the mentioned "Developer Mode"?

Also skin_helloworld.php will be there? And the 3rd text file?

Excuse me, my fault, yes developer mode is required.

You have to create the language, skin and css files in the master folders.

I could upload it, HOWEVER, its only for 3.1, won't work for ipb 3.2 (structure is also changed), so imho no need to upload it.

Ouch, I'm scared of the developer mode. ehehehDo you know any very simple applications? I need to only add a new tab to my community and code a little game in html5 inside.
