Problem after transfer my forum from host

I am having problem in forum where after my transfer from host to another host, has become all uploaded files inside positions can not be found, and we get a message that tells us "Oops! Something went wrong! file not found"

 

While uploaded files in the Upload Center "IP.Download" I stayed working

Also in the general section of system settings check the uploads folder name to see if it matches the one shown under the boxto enter it.

sometimes different hosts have different permissions set for you files, so try either one 777 or 755 on all directorys

I change the permissions of all the repetoire (public_html) any files I have 777 and 755 and did not always work: (
