Jrock 181
You're being pretty un-specific. Some screenshots might be helpful, or any additional information for that matter. Install Avast, if you can, and run a boot-time scan. This will scan your computer directly after POST. Malwarebytes is also some good shit. Between those two, you should get something worked out. If you're not currently running any anti-virus software, shame on you. If you are, remove that shit because it's obviously not doing its intended job.

I'm sorry to come off as a dick, but these replies are shit and accomplish nothing. Just a heads up to everyone, if you're going to reply to posts, please be constructive about what you're replying to. Giving little details or not any kind of tips what-so-ever about resolving the problem(s) at hand is completely pointless. Thank you.

Jrock 181
I don't want it to look like I'm picking on people just because I can, but because this seems to be a growing issue. I understand where you're coming from as well. It's just that when the content on a site deteriorates, so does the overall purpose of it. People have been getting lazy and contributing little to nothing just to rack up their post count. I'm not saying this is your intention, but this is a good post to make an example out of. I just want this to serve as a small message to those who read it, that shit posts are going to start getting deleted. Nothing personal. Now let us get back on subject. If anyone has any post-worthy information for the OP, let it be shared. Let's get this problem taken care of.
Guest Sgt. Sicknezz
Well I asked around on some programming forums and its called a RAt, so fare I have it uncontrollable but thanks for helping! Here is the story of what a PC rat is:P__________________________ It sounds like a virtual haunting, and it happens on your computer. File folders go missing. The mouse curser starts roaming around on its own. Pop up messages appear for no particular reason. The laptop shuts down without a command. After it restarts, the webcam light is on. But if you’re not using the computer in general, and the camera in particular, who is?If you’re lucky, your computer has viruses; if you’re not so lucky, your PC may have a RAT problem. A RAT infestation can lead to a whole new level of privacy violation.Remote access tools (RATs) were developed to allow users to access their PCs away from the office—think advanced telecommuting—but a new generation of hackers is developing increasingly advanced RAT software that allows them to take over a computer owned by an innocent target—think you—and make it their “slave.” Once they’re in, they can spy on you through the webcam and listen into your conversations on the microphone, effectively turning your computer into a one-way mirror into your life. Jrock 181
Depending on how bad it is, I'd suggest doing an entire OS re-install with an ISO/USB Drive. Take a look at the link below for more information: http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/install-windows-7-from-usb-drive-requires-2-simple-steps/ Once you have Windows re-installed, you can use a Windows Loader by Daz and activate it without any issues. That's the only thing, in my opinion, you can do to ensure your privacy is no longer being infringed.
Phun 723
Jrock is right. I've seen this happen before (it even happened to me) and one of the safest solutions is to format your hard drive and reinstall your operating system.
