Best answer button icon missing please help?

hello all

after installing  a skin after a few weeks i realised that the image button of the best answer part of a topic is missing as shown here

 

 

 

how can i resolve this?

FTP > public_html > public > style_images > YOUR SKIN NAME.Look for a file called tick_10px.png . Make sure that it exists.If it does, re-cache your skin by going to ACP > Look & Feel > Look & Feel > Template Tools. Also clear your cache and press CTRL + F5 and see if it shows up.If it doesn't, you will need to upload an image with the name tick_10px.png to your skin's folder
