No access to the application after installing another app

It is not a specific question about IPS but I am trying to install (SD) Company Directory app and I am not allowed to use the app if I have (SD) Sales Portal Pro installed.

I don't know if it's a problem with the applications or the IPS, if I remove the Sales Portal app, the other app works but if I activate it again I get no permission... Any idea? I needed to use these two applications.

I have already checked the permissions of the application and group and they are all activated ... the application works normally but when activating Sales Portal Pro I lose permission.
