Uninstall Tutorials error 2c133/4

Good morning,

As title say i run in some issue with the tutorials plugin, downloaded from here, it initially did not install, probably my fault, then i wanted to uninstall but as i have not used ipb from 2016 is a bit vague for me, i see there is no uninstall button,  i have only install option.

 

 

If i try to reinstall i get the below 

 

 

 

It might be a quick and easy fix for everybody else but not for me, yet, till i get up to speed with IPB.

 

Would appreciate any help that would prevent me from reinstalling 

 

I have installed IPB 4.5.4.2, i had try to delete the folder from ftp and reinstall trough manual upload, same result

You would need to remove the associated tables from your SQL database because they're likely corrupted by you adding/removing files.
