Lots of backup errors

Hi, all,
I'm backing up and I have the following problems:

Hello, I'm backing up and I have the following problems,

1. when I try to load something different from the index of the forum it gives an error
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

2. hen I try to log in to the admin panel

[[Template core/admin/system/login is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

Is it possible that these errors are due to incorrect sports databases (.sql file)

if anyone has any idea how i can fix this i will be grateful

Uninstall all outdated plugins and application

•go to acp>>settings>>support>>Something isn't working correctly>>continue.
