Foster's Application Forms - Upgrade to 4.5.4.2

I've upgraded to 4.5.4.2 but now the Foster's Application Forms (listed below) is throwing the following error when I try to create a new application form: 2S119/1 The CSRF protection key did not match. This may indicate a plugin or theme is out of date. Please contact technical support for more information.

I've got version 2.2.2 that WebFlake System uploaded, but according to the developer 3.4.1 is the current version. Will WF be updating the plugin to support IPS 4.5?
