Cloud flare ip issues on ips forum

Hi sorry for noob question i have ip issue on my ips forum members have same sirial ip address I know cloud flare have some proxy stuff i ask for support cloud flare they say to me use mod_cloudflare but i am using shared hosting by namecheap i see there is a way to install through some linux os anyone can guide how to install or apply mod_cloudflare on shared hosting so i can restore members ip thanks in advance!

In your IPS ACP head over to System->Setting->Advanced Configuration Click the first tab that says Server Environment then look for something that says "Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?" and toggle it on.
You could also search proxy in the search bar.

you might need to enable mod_remoteip but being that it's shared hosting they probably won't do it for you. contact your host to see if they might ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They saying never support third party stuff ?
