Yuu 180
Quick questions about what you're allowed to advertise in your signature..I know that you can advertise your own sites in your signature, but are you allowed to advertise someone else's site too? For example, I'm a member on a forum, I don't own the forum or anything. Would I be allowed to advertise it? Need some IPB, MyBB, or HTML/CSS work done? Check out my thread! Guest Hitsugaya
I'm sure that advertising another's site in your signature is fine. Since WebFlake allows your own, why not another person's? Also, the other person would probably be quite fond of the new traffic their site will get when advertised here in your signature; I know I would. Evarni 174
As long as the site abides by the Policy on Forum Signatures, I don't see the harm in putting a link to that site in your signature.
Justin™ 204
I would assume that sites that clone WebFlake in any manner would not be allowed but, that would have to be clarified.

I for one, would remove any signature (or link in general) that points to any such site. Not only are those sites unsafe, but they're often filled with leeched content (which we don't support nor permit). In my eyes, advertising a leeching site is no better than being a leecher yourself. You are right, Justin. That is actually written in our Forum Signature Policy (which I linked to in my reply above)

Administrator Tony 5,207 Posted April 20, 2013 Administrator Share Posted April 20, 2013 As the topic has been addressed accordingly, I am locking this topic to avoid any further silly responses (that I've already deleted).
