How to "import" a plugin?

Did you not read what I said?? I have a plugin (linked above) but it has the files and not a .xml file, so how do I install it?

Buddy it’s really common sense. Go to the plug-in page, drag the.xml file onto the choose file button and install it. If that doesn’t help you I’m sorry. Also plug-ins are XML files only and applications are .tar only. So since this file is a .tar you install it as a application not a plug-in
