IP.Board.v3.4.2.UPDATED.PHP.NULL-DGT already has the patch applied so is the only one you need to download. Just to clarify too, ONLY the DGT release is verified to have the 3.4.2 and under patches applied. I don't believe the 3.4.1 version does.
