Pax 0
One late night Saturday I got home, turned on the TV, and while browsing through the channels I saw this new series on the HIstory Channel playing, "Vikings". I had already seen advertisements for this new series, and I also had watched a few episodes of a short series playing on the history channel, "The Bible". Let me tell you, after watching the first few episodes of "Vikings", I was instantly hooked. I just love the setting that this series takes place in, and I really enjoy the main characters; actually, I enjoy all the characters. I think the cast is excellent. Lets not spoil the show for anyone, but how does everyone else feel about this "Vikings"? I've really enjoyed it so far! I know some of you probably don't like the History Channel putting out shows like this, but I think it's a good change to their normal style. Hopefully this show continues to do good so we can get another season. If not, i'm sure AMC would gladly pick-up "Vikings" for a season 2! Administrator Tony 5,207 Posted April 8, 2013 Administrator Share Posted April 8, 2013 I've heard great things about HBO's Game of Thrones.. it's a shame it doesn't play on Netflix or Hulu, but if you like Vikings, evidently GoT is just as good.

I really love the time periods of both those shows. Hopefully Game of Thrones will come to Netflix soon! ( More like within 4 years haha ) Edited April 8, 2013 by Pax
Administrator Tony 5,207 Posted April 8, 2013 Administrator Share Posted April 8, 2013 With it being three seasons in, I can't imagine it will. To make matters worse, despite having HBO available to me through Xfinity (Comcast), I cannot stream it via my X-360 with the HBO Go app.. which is unbelievably annoying. Pax 0
I wonder how Amazon Premium is. I heard they have less selection than Netflix, but they have newer titles.
Administrator Tony 5,207 Posted April 8, 2013 Administrator Share Posted April 8, 2013 Might have to check that out myself. Been pretty psyched to test out the Redbox Instant app for the X-360. They're still in BETA, so it needs a bit of work yet, but so far it seems like an awesome addition.
Pax 0
Cool dude, you'll have to do a review on it once you've tested it a bit!
