Theme error

Thats not a error with your theme that's a error with your server itself, Try to not tunnel your website through cloudflare and see what error you are getting. Or contact your hosting company. Also try to upload this file to see if your webspace meets the requirements to run IPS

File permissions issue if it keeps spinning that long endlessly?

For the 500 error check your webserver logs and see what pops up. Definitely sounds like a hosting environment issue.

my host had no idea of what the issue was or how to fix it. so i had them just wipe everything back to the way it was when i purchased it. maybe that will fix it idk
