Nka 0
Can you see any advantage in the Stadia? Having the same prices and without having the game only in a nuve,
FaithMan 17
They should focus on making gaming linux os from debian distro (internal google engineers use debian 10 named GLinux with their changes), but Stadia, no thank you. Snaehild 3
I don't see Stadia going big in the next 2-3 years. Hopefully, it makes more sense in the succeeding years.
Niteify 1
It's just another console, altho instead of owning the games, you pay monthly, and don't really have any expensive console hardware i guess.

james.jenkins1 1
If you're living in an area / region that has access to FTTP or FTTH broadband I see it as being advantageous. No hardware, just games on demand. The only limiter will be your connection really.

Kinda. I mean I can see the advantages and disadvantages. Where it's cheap on the short run, just playing games for a few months. No big deal not that much money spent. But in the long run, you're going to/could be paying a monthly fee that could end up being more than a price of a full console/pc in total. (I haven't looked into the price) Personally, I'm not a fan, I like owning my hardware/games (Also you can sell the old games/hardware in the future, yeah they won't be as valuable but will still sell). It's going to be very connection dependent, you'll be surprised at the number of people with a bad connection. I haven't looked into it too much but what about input lag and high latency? That'll put you at a large disadvantage to other players.
MafiaMemes 1
Seen the adverts for this, seems a bit pointless to me.
MackNelson 0
If Google Stadia was truly the "Netflix" of gaming, I could see it holding water. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Paying for the service on top of every game? Better to just pay for the computing power outright and then buy the games. At least you own it at that point. Niteify 1
Yeah it's just not for everyone. Me myself, am a Keyboard and Mouse gamer, that's prob why I stay away from consoles in general.
