help can not install version 4.4.3

Well I've managed everything by ftp in my hosting and it does not appear to install as version 4.3 so I would like help and support from you because it's giving this

It will not run on 7.0. Contact your web host to upgrade the PHP. And there is no need to use such large text at me when trying to help, that is just rude.

Is this a fresh install or an upgrade? Or did this all of the sudden start happening?

An error 500 should give you more information if you check your webserver error logs.

If this is an upgrade, I had the same problem and turned out to be one of my applications/plugins. Disable them all and turn them on one by one to see if this solves your issue. It is what my issue was when I upgraded to the latest version and got a 500 Error.

If this is a fresh install, what PHP version is your website using?

You need to use either version 7.1 or 7.2 of PHP or you will get the 500 Error. 7.2 is better. But can use 7.1. Change this in your cpanel account.
